The GlobalHub WellFit web application (the "Platform") is owned and operated by GlobalHub WellFit LLC.

2. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Platform — including but not limited to workout videos, training methodologies, software code, logos, and graphic designs — is the exclusive property of GlobalHub WellFit LLC. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or decompilation of the Platform's content is strictly prohibited under UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighboring Rights.

3. Medical & Health Disclaimer

Non-medical provider: GlobalHub WellFit LLC is not a medical organization. The Platform provides general fitness information only. This content does not constitute medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment.

User's sole responsibility: The User acknowledges that physical exercise involves inherent risks. The use of the Platform and the performance of any exercises are at the User's sole and exclusive risk.

Independent medical consultation: It is the User's sole responsibility to decide whether to consult with a medical professional before starting any program. Any failure by the User to seek independent medical clearance is at the User's own discretion and risk. GlobalHub WellFit LLC shall not be held liable for the User's decision to engage in physical activities without prior medical approval.

Liability waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalHub WellFit LLC disclaims all liability for any injury, health complication, or incident resulting from the use of the Platform. The User voluntarily waives any right to bring a claim against the Company regarding their physical integrity or health status.

4. Limitation of Liability

Intermediary status: GlobalHub WellFit LLC acts as a platform provider. The Company shall not be held liable for any professional errors, omissions, or injuries caused by independent coaches using the Platform.

Platform access: To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, GlobalHub WellFit LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice and any disputes arising out of the use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. The Dubai Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
